Protect Your Vehicles

Insuring a fleet of vehicles can seem overwhelming. We have spent the last 20 years navigating our way through this market and providing our clients with the very best coverage at the lowest possible rate.

Business Vehicle Coverage

Tow Truck Insurance Vehicle Coverage
  • Commercial Auto Liability - This pays for injury that you cause to other people and damage to their property. It includes two coverages:

    • Bodily Injury - If you cause an accident that injures other people, this coverage will pay the amount you are legally obligated to pay for those injuries and related costs.

    • Property Damage - If you ever cause an accident, this coverage will pay for the damage done to anyone else's property, whether it's another vehicle, a fence, or even a building.

  • Medical Payments Coverage - Pays for medical bills for you and the passengers in your vehicle in case they're hurt in an accident or auto-related injury.

  • Physical Damage Coverage - Pays for repairs to your vehicle caused by an accident like a collision with another vehicle or a falling tree branch. This towing insurance consists of tow coverages:

    • Comprehensive Coverage - Comprehensive insurance provides protection for your vehicle in case it is damaged by something other than a collision with another vehicle or object

    • Collision Coverage - Collision insurance provides protection for your vehicle in case it is damaged in a collision with an object or another vehicle

  • Uninsured Motorist Coverage - Pays for injury to you and your passengers caused by drivers who don't have insurance or adequate coverage. It also protects you in case of a hit-and-run.

Auto Rental & Dealer Coverage

fleet+rental+insurance
  • Garage/Auto Dealer Liability - A type of umbrella policy that provides coverage for the day-to-day operations of businesses in the automotive industry. This insurance will add a layer of protection to the business' general liability policy.

  • Counter Coverages - These are point-of-sale products to help boost your businesses bottom line. If you don’t sell them, you don’t pay for them.

    • RCP (Rentals Collision Protection) - Pays for all damage done to rental car if the car is damaged due to collision, vandalism, wind storm, fire, hail or flood while in the renter’s possession.

    • SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance) - An additional liability protection for the renter and any authorized driver providing up to $1 million of liability protection. Coverage is in excess of all existing underlying insurance and does NOT provide primary liability coverage to the renter

    • PAI/PEI (Personal Accidental/Effects Insurance) - PAI provides the renter with Accidental Death, Accidental Medical Expense and Travel Assistance while the renter is in possession of the rental vehicle. PEI provides limited coverage from loss or damage to the renter’s personal belongings caused by theft, damage, or accident to the rental vehicle.

What Determines the Cost?

Tow Truck Insurance Cost
  • Size of Fleet - Carriers will generally charge a flat, per-vehicle rate when quoting fleets. The larger the fleet, the more the coverage will cost. We can work with you hand-in-hand to ensure you aren’t paying too much for liability coverage.

  • Claims History - Safe business operations equates to lower rates. Keeping a clean claims history by providing essential employee training and maintaining proper safety procedures ensures that the carrier perceives your business as low-risk and provides the best possible rates. • Limits & Deductibles - Depending on your operations and contracts, each business may require different amounts of coverage. Our experienced brokers can help you in determining what amount of coverage is appropriate for your specific business needs.

  • Additional Coverage - Additional coverages like Umbrella/Excess and Counter Coverages will increase the overall cost of the policy. This will always be quoted at the same time as other coverages to provide full transparency on price.
